This building purchased by Truro & Penwith College from a private owner, needed to be updated for the needs of the college. Cathedral Builders were appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment work under strict guidance and approval from the conservation officer.

Using traditional materials and methods and insuring minimal disturbance to the original fabric of the building resulted in the completion of a modern educational facility whilst retaining the many important features of this historic building.
